SnapFolio.AI is a read-only portfolio tracking application that allows users to import, organize, and monitor their investment assets. The App provides AI-assisted asset recognition, portfolio insights, and risk analysis for informational purposes only.

2.Not Financial Advice

The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information, insights, and risk assessments provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for making financial decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3.Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the App, including but not limited to:

• Asset prices and market data
• AI-generated asset recognition results
• Portfolio insights and risk analysis
• Income and dividend estimates

Users are responsible for verifying all information and confirming asset data imported through the App.

4.User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5.Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6.Data Storage

All portfolio data is stored locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your personal financial data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

7.Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapFolio.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapFolio.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
