We reply within two business days. For a bug, telling us your iPhone model, the iOS version, and what you did just before it happened usually saves a round trip.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled on your device: open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose SnapFolio, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal — premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

I subscribed, but premium is not active

Open SnapFolio, go to the premium screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases belong to the Apple ID that made them, so make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If it still does not unlock, email us and mention the date of the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the SnapFolio purchase, and request a refund there. We have no way to issue refunds on Apple's behalf, but tell us what went wrong — it is how we find out what to fix.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Settings and tap Clear All Data — that removes every asset, account, and tag. Deleting the app removes everything as well, because your portfolio is stored only on your device. There is no account to close and nothing for us to erase on our side.

The import missed a position or read it wrong

Nothing is saved until you confirm it — the review step after an import is there so you can correct names, quantities, and values. Screenshots read best when the whole row is visible, including the quantity and the value. If one particular screen fails every time, send us the screenshot and we will teach the model to read it.

Prices look wrong or out of date

On the free plan, market prices are delayed by 15 minutes; premium refreshes them every 30 seconds. Not every asset has a market price at all — bonds are valued from their coupon and maturity, savings from their rate and compounding, and real estate or custom assets hold the value you set until you change it.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. SnapFolio is built for iPhone. If you want to be told when that changes, email us and we will keep the address for that one message.
